By turns funny, honest,poignant and biting, FOOL provides the antithesis to dumbed-down romantic comedies and tells the story of a group of twenty-somethings as they discover how scary, fragile, and wonderful love can be... and how commited we all are to acting stupid in the face of it.

The feature film version of FOOL was produced by Look Sharp! It was directed by Jack Bennett and completed in the Spring of 2005. The full screenplay will be published by Porch Sitting Press in 2006.

A unique tale of the daily grind, the short film BEAST follows the life of a young con artist and a weary foreign caretaker who conspire to keep a mythic secret in a small college town. When the secret threatens to be revealed, they each have to make a choice... maintain the status quo? Or is it time to risk angering the gods?

BEAST was produced by Look Sharp! It was directed by Jack Bennett and produced by Bennett and F.M. Turner and will be completed in Fall of 2006.

BURIED An Original Screenplay by Jack Bennett

A young woman dies, leaving behind a mournful family and a shocked young husband. Missing from the funeral was a young man named Curtis, who is not family and not her husband, and holds a grudge that might have gone into the ground with the dead girl. But as Curtis discovers in BURIED, the dead leave behind that which affects the living, and no two people cross paths without creating evidence of their lifetimes.
