| Fitzpatrick McGinnis Turner is a professional musician, teacher, and recording engineer in Houston, TX. He is a graduate of the VCU School of the Arts, where he studied Music and English. Turner also studied Music and Theatre at Virginia Tech, where he met Jack Bennett and later Seneca Haynes. He has played bass in many Virginia bands, including Special Ed and the Shortbus, The Celtibillies, Regan, and the VCU and VA Tech Jazz Orchestras. He currently works as a freelance jazz bass player in the Virginia/North Carolina area, and teaches music in Richmond. In additon to producing the LookSharp! production BEAST, he stars and composed the score, double duty he previously pulled for River of Dread. In addition to upcoming film scores, he produced his second album, The Igniter, released in 2007. He likes puppies and soup, but not puppy soup. |
